What Are Custom Table Covers
and Why Do Exhibitors Use Them?
A custom table cover is a fabric covering printed with your logo and artwork across the front and sides of the table. At a trade show, the table front sits at eye level for everyone walking the aisle, and it's the one branding surface most exhibitors leave blank. At the San Jose McEnery Convention Center or the Santa Clara Convention Center, a plain black skirt tells visitors nothing. A printed cover puts your name in front of every person who stops, and every one who walks past.
We print on polyester fabric using dye-sublimation, which embeds the ink in the fibers instead of laying it on top. Color stays sharp through folding, packing, and repeated setup. Table throws drape over the table and hang to the floor. Stretch covers fit the table closely for a tailored look. Standard sizes are 4, 6, and 8 ft, and the 6 ft and 8 ft are what you'll see on most show floors. Check your show's table spec before ordering, because venue tables vary.
Layout matters more than people expect. A logo placed without regard to the table's fold lines gets swallowed by the drape.
